Our eatery offers seasonal menus crafted with the freshest organic and local ingredients in a modern, rustic ambiance with an outdoor patio. The Lounge serves artisan cocktails, wine, beer, signature martinis like the Spicy Politician, and share plates.

    It's easy to get to the Melrose in DC's historic Georgetown neighborhood. The hotel is 2 blocks from the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro Station and 3 miles from the Amtrak. We're only 4 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and 21 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. We suggest taking the DC Metro or a ride share from the airport. The easiest and most affordable way is to ride the Blue Line from the National Airport Metro Station to the Foggy Bottom station, which takes 24 minutes and costs $2.35.

    If you're planning a meeting or event in Washington, DC, the Melrose Georgetown offers 8 flexible indoor and outdoor venues, including the 2,458 square-foot Potomac Ballroom and the large Outdoor Terrace. To plan your meeting, simply fill out a  Request For Proposal form and our experienced event coordinators will be in touch to help with all the details, from selecting the space to designing the catering menu.
  • Is there a destination fee at the hotel?

    We charge a Resort Fee of $27 plus tax per night. This fee includes upgraded Wi-Fi in rooms and our lobby, complimentary local and toll free calls, concierge services, 24-hour fitness center, daily newspaper, Molton Brown luxury bath amenities, in-room robes and slippers, in-room bottled water, in-room coffee and tea service, guest-use umbrellas, safes, morning coffee and tea in the lobby, fruit infused water in the lobby, a library, a business center with fax and copy machines, and universal adapters.
