Holocaust Memorial MuseumLocated in the heart of Washington, D.C. on the National Mall, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is a living tribute to the history of the Holocaust, which features three distinct areas. Light candles in the "Hall of Remembrance" in tribute. Visit the museum's permanent exhibition, which contains over 900 artifacts and videos devoted to educating Holocaust education. There is also a child-friendly explanation of the Holocaust entitled "Remember the Children."
