Q: What is the Credit Card Reservation Policy?
A: All reservations require a valid credit card for guaranteeing the reservation and a valid credit must be presented upon arrival along with a government issued form of identification.
Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out for the Melrose?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at noon.
Q: Is free wifi available?
A: There is free Wireless Access in all guest rooms and free Wireless High Speed Internet Access in the lobby. Upgraded Basic Internet is $5.95, Premium High Speed Internet is $9.95, and Platinum High Speed Internet is $12.95.
Q: Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?
A: All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
Q: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
A: Yes, overnight parking is available at $48 per vehicle per night (including tax). For hourly parking guests we offer 1 hr for $13 and 2 hrs for $19. Event parking is $20, and parking for the Jardenea Restaurant is $5. All parking is valet.
Q: What are the hours of the restaurant & bar?
A: Jardenea is open 7 days a week. For breakfast from 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and dinner from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. To make a reservation call 202-955-6400. The Lounge is open from 5:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. 7 days a week.

A: We allow dogs at the Melrose with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: The is an early departure fee of $50.00 for all guests with unscheduled departures. Pre-paid reservations will not receive a refund for departing early.
Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
A: Yes, our 24 Hour Fitness Facility has 3 Stairmasters, 4 Treadmills, 1 Elliptical Bike, 1 Paramount Strength Station, Medicine Balls, and Free Weights.
Q: Do you offer discounts to AAA members?
A: Yes, we offer a discounted rate for AAA members as well as a AAA Package which includes complimentary parking and complimentary internet access (a $50 value).
